Terms of service
These terms govern the merchant’s use of RIOS for Wix, provided by G3N3 Industries.

Service
RIOS provides financial-planning and management decision-support tools based on Wix commerce data and merchant-supplied assumptions. The service is not bookkeeping, accounting, audit, tax, legal, investment, or lending advice. Forecasts and recommendations are estimates, not guarantees.
Merchant responsibilities
The merchant is responsible for its Wix account, authorized site administrators, the accuracy and completeness of supplied assumptions, evaluating decisions before acting, and maintaining independent accounting records. RIOS may label an analysis incomplete when required data is missing or access is limited.
Plans and billing
Available features depend on the selected app plan. Paid app checkout, plan changes, cancellations, and recurring charges are processed by Wix’s app billing systems. Pricing and trial details presented by Wix at checkout control the charge.
Acceptable use
Merchants must not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, reverse engineer protected portions of the service except where law permits, misuse Wix or buyer data, or use RIOS for unlawful activity.
Availability and changes
RIOS may be updated to improve calculations, security, platform compatibility, synchronization, or plan features. The provider may suspend access needed to address security, abuse, nonpayment, or legal requirements. Reasonable efforts will be made to communicate material service changes.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” The provider disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for business decisions, lost profits, indirect damages, Wix outages, or inaccurate source data. Any aggregate liability is limited to app fees paid by the merchant during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Termination
The merchant may stop using RIOS by uninstalling the app or ending a paid plan through Wix. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including payment obligations, disclaimers, and liability limits—continue to apply.
